And what about the people who have unseen issues like ms, or chronic back pain, or hip pain. Only a doctor can fill out the proper forms for anyone to get said placard or plate. I dare ANYONE to ask me about mine!

I've seen to many ppl parking in handicapp spaces and run out of their cars. Unfortunately, you cannot ask what a person's handicap is, but perhaps we can enforce stricter laws and hefty fines they will think twice.

A person can't look at a person and tell they are disable !! Just because a person is walking doesn't mean that they are not handicap !!
