the best thing to do around this time of year i find is increasing your pricing on the jobs from November to March and be realistic about what you can get done daily. add on extra days for rain, frost, running over and being ill yourself lol always something gets you this time of year. I love this time of year makes you appreciate the spring time 😂😂
