@eleanorgwilkinson: Ina Garten’s Brownie Pudding…but make it single serve This dessert is going viral for all the right reasons, and I couldn’t leave us solo cooks out! This single-serve brownie pudding might just be one of the most decadent desserts I’ve had the pleasure of eating and I know I will be making this again and again! 1 Egg 50g Granulated Sugar 1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract 10g Cocoa Powder 10g Plain Flour Pinch of Salt 30g Butter, melted Icing Sugar 1. Preheat the oven to 165ºC. 2. In a small bowl, beat your egg until combined then pour 1/2 into a larger mixing bowl (you only need 1/2 for this recipe so save the other 1/2 for something else). Add the sugar then use an electric whisk to whisk until the eggs are very pale and fluffy. 3. Add the vanilla and whisk again for a couple of seconds. 4. Sift in the cocoa powder, plain flour and salt and whisk very briefly until just combined. 5. Add the melted butter and whisk for a final time, again until just combined. 6. Pour into an individual ramekin then place the ramekin in a larger baking dish. Fill the baking dish with hot water until the water reaches halfway up the ramekin. 7. Bake for 25-35 minutes until the top is firm and set but the pudding still gives when gently pressed- less time will give you a runnier, more fondant-esque result while baking for longer will give you a fudgier consistency. I went for 30 minutes. 8. Dust with icing sugar before serving. #inagarten #browniepudding #singleservedessert #DessertForOne #dinnerforone

Did you reduce the sugar? It looks so good on all the TikToks (I’m definitely chronically online!) but I find that US desserts tend to be overly sweet

I only have self raising flour. I know that that will make it rise more but will it affect the texture? Anything should do to make up for the fact that I’d use self raising flour?
