What is causing the pain in this area?

I have a TIBIA rod with 2 screws near the ankle and a crooked screw up at the knee, I have plantar fasciitis since the surgery in November of 2024 and ive done multiple exercises and the pain never goes away, couod it be a hardware issue although it's not having issues on mris/ xrays? or is it a permanent issue
