@melizandfood: Yorkshire puddings are one of those things you can eat multiple of. They’re so delightful ! I prefer to make them with beef dripping but you can use any neutral oil. I made 16 small and 6 large Yorkshire puddings . The batter mixture is below. 400 ml milk 280 g plain flour 8 eggs Pinch of salt For the large yorkies I used 1 TBSP beef dripping and for the small yorkies I used 1 TSP of beef dripping . I cooked them at 220 degrees for 25 minutes however I feel like at 20 minutes they would have also been fine . #yorkshirepudding #roastdinner #Christmas #xmas #festivedinner
My FYP is filled with Yorkshire pudding recipes..... they are the one thing that I can cook really well but am I still watching them in case I've missed something- yep!

You should measure everything by volume, not weight for better Yorkshire puddings. Crack eggs into a glass and note how full it was. Use the same glass and fill it with the same amount of milk and same amount of flour in the glass and just whisk together in a bowl.

I make mine in a gym protein shaker. 300ml milk 300ml flower 3 eggs. Shake it up. The little mesh grill breaks up the flower, it fits easily in the fridge another quick shake before use and it has a pourer built in. I thought of it 1 night when I wanted pancakes and my baby boy was a light sleeper. 😂
