@unboundmerino: Rolling vs. Folding: which one actually saves more space? 👀 I put both methods to the test so you don’t have to. Folding keeps things crisp, structured, and easy to stack. Rolling gives you a tight, compact bundle that plays nicely with every corner of your carry-on. Either way you pack, this is more than enough to get you through your trip, especially with Merino pieces designed to be reworn. But if you’re hunting for every inch of space? Rolling takes the crown 👑 What we packed (men’s size Medium in all): • Merino Quarter-Zip • Merino Travel Pant • Merino Flex Jogger • 2 Merino Crew Neck Tees • 2 Merino Long Sleeve Tees • 3 Merino Boxer Briefs • 3 Merino Ribbed Socks Which method do you prefer?
And then add packing cubes into the mix. My life changed when I started rolling my clothes into packing cubes!

You didn’t fold and place efficiently, I’d try again with different folding method

Andi :
the trick is to fold things to the right size. If you had a smaller fold you could have made that space. you have room on top still. so if you wanted to add a towel the first is better but if you wanted to add a toiletries bag the second is better. same volume but different layout
