The way you picked your output from the battery is wrong. You have to pick one output from one of the batteries and pick the remaining output from another one. You can't pick the two output from one battery alone cos that particular one will be discharging faster than the other due to the resistance of the cable used in connecting the second battery and the first battery is closer to the inverter. so it's advisable to pick from each of the batteries to balance the system
