@happyandhealthypodcast: The internet can be such a strange place. One minute you’re laughing at a video, the next you’re hit with drama, negativity, and people who seem to wake up looking for someone to tear down. TikTok especially can feel like too much loud, fast, unfiltered, and honestly… exhausting. And here’s the thing: not every platform is created equal. Different spaces attract different crowds, and some spaces are just harsher than others. But you don’t have to absorb all of it. You don’t have to carry the weight of strangers’ projections or opinions. If an app steals your joy, overwhelms your mind, or shifts your spirit, it’s okay to step back. Delete it for a season. Protect your peace. God did not call us to live constantly overstimulated and emotionally attacked by people we don’t even know. What platform feels healthiest for you right now?
