Jackie likely doesn't remember me. But, she was my neighbor for most of my childhood. She was a hero in my eyes. I use to bring her "stray" cats I'd find outside. I wanted to grow up and work at The Humane Society just like her. Jackie is such a wonderful person as was her child. The whole thing is a tragedy that should have never happened.
