My whole thing on this as someone who delivers grocery to people. If the tip isn’t enough I don’t accept the order….. plain and simple.

Door dashers are such a problem these days. I will never order. My friend did once and has a cheap tip cuz she was gonna tip in cash. The person threw her food on the door step

thay why I stopped doing delivery app coz ppl will steal tamper with ur food that why I go and pick it up and they think they entitled to ur money and expecting tips and they don't do a proper job

Not to victim blame, but please tip your delivery drivers and servers at 20%. And simultaneously, let's keep fighting for fair wages. But, that 20% tip will really help'em out. And if u r not willing to cover that, don't use their service, it's that simple. Unfortunately we live in America where tipping culture is the way to go, and yes that needs to change but until that we shouldn't punish drivers and servers by not tipping enough.

Thats true .. Im doing uber RN and I even put the heater on that way the food stays warm, never touch anything I even ask for take to put on top of drinks.. I dnt expect tips if i dnt like the amount i dnt take it

Update- she was arrested at her residence in Kentucky. She was door dashing while visiting family in Evansville, IN. She called the police and told them yes she did use pepper spray, but because she saw a spider and tried to spray it, not the food. The police decided that wouldn’t be accurate because in Indiana in the cold outdoor spiders aren’t a thing. They asked her to come in for a talk, she refused. The put a warrant out in her county and they arrested her.
