The creator of Al baik was a refugee who suffered displacement during the invasion of asqalan during 1948, he began his journey mid 1960s something like that he first went to Lebanon cooperated in a few projects which from them he suffered from financial loss then he went to Saudi and people there didn’t know broasted chicken and saw it weird so during his lifetime the restaurant didn’t really seem successful till he died and his sons instantly it became popular and all this is Allahs hikma on shakours death he donated every 1 riyal to Palestine so every sale he gains a sadaqah
