10/10 Uncomfortable Habits to Trigger Flow State 1️⃣Start deep work within one minute of waking up. Do your 50 step morning routine AFTER your first work block. Your brain is already prone to entering flow state upon just waking up, so take advantage of it. 2️⃣Take boring breaks. Wall staring is goated here. No music. Just silence. If you can do this, your brain will crave the most stimulating thing available (your work). 3️⃣Make the task slightly more difficult than what you're comfortable with. Not too easy. Not too difficult. Just challenging enough, slightly above your current skill level. 4️⃣Be crystal clear with your goals. One target, and a ticking clock. Follow me for more :)
