Start with cleaning/sanding all that old paint. You have to get clean plastic, before you do something else. And then you will see full picture of that thing😂 and maybe change your mind 😂 (that's only for old stuff)

Epoxy is your friend. Rough it up, run some mesh plasterer’s tape across the repair section, coat in epoxy. Has worked for me in the past on parts that weren’t “normal plastic”.
