Very good explanation. What happens if the ball is in play in similar fashion, but this time the attacking player is fallen down outside the penalty box but inside field of play? Is it still a penalty? Also what if the reverse where the ball is in play outside the penalty box, but the defending player falls the attacker inside the penalty area?
