I do not boil them. I wash them. I’ll put them in a pan with garlic and oil salt little bit of red pepper. I forgot about history.🤪🤪🤪

I like to just sauté.. if I do boil it’s only really quick… I like the bitterness ( thus bitter broccoli) .. yes on chicken cutlet with provolone.. or just on a sub.. love your videos!!!

When you boil it you take all the bitterness out of it. Just Sauté it. Much better. But it won’t come out that green. Haha

After cutting off the stems, I boil it in water that has three spoonfuls of garlic paste. After six minutes, take it out. I do out in cold water. After, plate it, add a few very thinly sliced sweet red peppers that have been cooked and are soft, then I add some balsamic vinaigrette to it, topped with couple pinches of grated Parmesan.

I cool my broccoli rabe in the oven. Put it in a pan with olive oil and garlic cook until your likeness. Not bitter at all trust me
