BS: they did this “Break” a few years ago. At that time the CEO made the mistake of stating it was to keep availability low and maintain price. This is strictly to keep prices high - and rip off the consumer.

Focus on hiring new engineers for redesigning the engines and transmissions … quit hiring young arrogant engineers that think they can reinvent the wheel. Go back to the original drawing board… 5.7 350, 3800, some of the best engines GM ever made
