A couple things, the flashing tape on top should be put on under the house wrap then house wrap over that and no tape at the bottom after the window so the water has a way out

Question, you said you do not apply caulk to the bottom in case water gets in it can get out. I understand that but when the bottom part of the flashing of the window is taped, doesn’t that trap the water in?
