I once heard someone say when you’re trying to hear from Holy Spirit, you can say “I silence all voices and thoughts from myself, the enemy, and my subconscious… Holy Spirit what do you say?” it’s worked so many times for me when I need everything to shut off but His voice! the small still voice is the Lord!

I just did this and I can say without a doubt it works. I have never really been able to quiet my mind enough to hear God but I prayed and invited Him to speak and it's the first time I've heard Him in a long time. Thank God, this landed on my fyp because it probably just saved me. I am in a season of doubt and confusion due to my twin brother passing away at the beginning of the year so I definitely needed the message I got. Thank you for shining the light 🕯️

This is actually transformational. It actually works. Just tried it. I’ve always heard Jesus’ voice when I pray and write down my prayers, i never thought to write what i heard. Total game changer. For everyone worried that they might be writing their own thoughts and not Jesus’, remember we need faith to relate with our father. So it’s important to have faith and be expectant.

I’ve been doing this year and I know God is the one writing to me because I could NEVER have thought of those thoughts and it gave me soo much clarity and answers to my questions. A LITERAL TWO way conversation! How sweet is our Father 🥹🫶🏽

I used to love journaling. Normals journaling about my day. My family is atheist but I consider myself a baby Christian. I’ve been a Christian since I was 11 and I’m 19 now but I go through so many seasons of running away from him and then coming back but only when I need something and it makes me feel terrible. And I’m not intentionally doing this it just happens. When I pray especially when I’m really stressed out I don’t even say anything I just say “Dear lord,…” and then I think about everything that’s stressing me out and let my thoughts race out. I don’t put it into words I put it into feelings. And I’m not the best at praying and often I maybe feel a sliver of his presence but often I just see things through the day that either answer my prayers of make me change course. I have heard him one time. It was so strong. I normally pray for like 2 minutes maybe 5 minutes if I’m really into it. This day that I heard him was a back and fourth conversation that lasted hours and I didn’t even know. It felt like maybe 10 minutes. Anyways kind of crazy. And when I think about my old self and start to run away again I try to remember his presence I felt during that one 3 hour long prayer that I never experienced before. I know it wasn’t me because I asked questions and my mind was flooded with answers to these questions that weren’t there a second ago.

I love all the ways the Lord speaks to us. One of the most amazing times for me when I had some instrumental worship music going on the tv that shows scriptures. I sat down and had my eyes closed and started praying specific things and everytime I opened my eyes and looked at the tv the scripture was an exact answer to the things I was praying. It went on like that for 20-30 min and I was bawling because it made me feel so special that God was speaking to me in such a very real way I could receive and see. His love we cannot even contain it to its fullest extent He is so great.
