Have we removed the level scaling bs and made the game more streamlined and not so random with every season? Also is the real skill tree back with higher +skills and fixed itemization so the drops you get doesen't decide which build you need to use and instead going to +skills or +elemental skills?

My qualms with this is they discounted the last expansion just a few days ago for around $25, but then release this with a base price tag of $40. The $40 includes the previous expansion. Could’ve gotten both for $40 instead of $65. Kind of a crappy thing to do to your fanbase.
