it's always the rich saying we need a flat tax rate because it benefits them most. could reduce all personal tax rates by halving the CGT discount rate, eligible after 36 not 12 mths and taxing foreign and mining companies more effectively

That exactly how they sold the GST to Australia and then never reduced income tax like promised. Just added the GST without the rest
