For those who would like to know what difference it makes what the rest of the story is those sprinklers could be on a motion sensor that come on every time somebody walks on the lawn. How many times do you think somebody walked their dog and let them take a massive 💩 on the guys front lawn before he got motion sensors on his sprinklers? It does not mean he was targeting children in wheelchairs, the homeowner was probably sick and tired of people using his front yard as a dog toilet. It’s highly unlikely that homeowner is targeting children in wheelchairs so it’s important to know the whole story. And rather than the dad wearing swim trunks to take his kid to the bus stop, why don’t they just move the bus stop out of the sprinklers range? Let’s hear the whole story.
