@iramsfoodstory: banana chocolate chip cookies 🍪 Ingredients 2 1/4 cup all purpose flour 1 tbsp cornstarch 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp espresso powder 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder 1 egg + egg yolk 1 cup dark brown sugar 3 tbsp granulated sugar 1 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed 1/4 cup very ripe banana, mashed 1 tbsp vanilla bean paste 1 cup semi sweet chocolate 1/2 cup milk chocolate 1 tbsp milk powder Method: In a mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients: all-purpose flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon powder, espresso powder, and milk powder. Mix them thoroughly and set aside. In a stand mixer bowl or a mixing bowl, add the cold butter. Beat it vigorously for 3-4 minutes until it becomes creamy. Then, add the brown sugar and granulated sugar. Mix them for 2-3 minutes until they are well incorporated. Crack in the egg and add the egg yolk. Whisk the mixture for1-2 min until it forms a paste. Finally, add the mashed banana and vanilla bean paste. Mix until they are well combined. Add the dry ingredients to the wet batter, mix to combine . Add in the chocolate and mix. Be careful not to overmix the batter. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper .Form 10 to 12 cookie dough balls out of the dough. And freeze for two hours or overnight. Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake the cookies for 16 to 18 minutes or until crispy from the edges and gooey in the center let cool completely for 30-35 min before serving and enjoy! #banana #chocolatechip #cookie
