Hmmm if your a single member LLC, you may want to speak to a legal professional on what your risk is as a disregarded entity. If your legal name is on your EIN paperwork you can be held personally liable a those assets seized. All you really did was just change your tax election, not your entity.

he’s right!! I’m actually a real estate investor and I get my Private money lenders 12% returns on their self directed IRA and they don’t manage my properties and it is guaranteed by the real estate and that’s the strategy they use.

You could borrow money to put into your business then pay yourself back that would be interest free. Just has to come out of your 401(k). Repeat process never pay in income tax again.
