I was feeling the same as you, little blips of memory loss. My doctor gave me a cognitive test for dementia . The results showed I have a slight cognitive decline, I'm 63. I was sent home with exercises to work on the areas where help was needed So far so good.

I am 58. My father got Dementia in his 80s because he was worried about money and he had a problem with his heart and they had to give him a pace maker to help him. I have brain fog with the menopause but I am very scared of getting it that's why I am busy with my crafting, reading my books, cooking and using my computer and my phone. I hope your process of getting this horrible disease is slow and they can find something to help. Keeping my fingers crossed 🤞 xx
