Request a supervisor and still press charges and if they don't take the report, you can bring them up on charges of dereliction of duty and failure to serve and protect the public. These charges are rarely used

I really hope you do press charges and have his ass locked up for theft. I am so sick of seeing black men act like they're oppressors. this is beyond disrespectful to being a black man to act like this towards another human being knowing how we have to live in our skin and deal with this sort of Fallout just by our presence alone. this is not representing black people at all but it definitely represent our oppressors
