If there’s no such place then why did Jesus go to Hell to get the keys.Jesus talks more about Hell then Heaven. The Bible describes it well and many will go there.

while I understand why most of Christianity possibly incorrectly interprets hell as a place where lost souls will burn and suffer throughout the ceaseless ages of eternity, to imply that the Son of God would not have needed to come to Earth and die on a cross if hell wasn't the place of everlasting torment that we all need to be saved from, is ridiculous logic...and contrary to the belief of most Christians, there are actually many verses and aspects of scripture that support the concept Kirk Cameron is alluding to, just one of which being that the wages of sin is death (not everlasting suffering and obviously not referring to our physical death, since we will all experience that) but the gift of God is eternal life (Romans 6:23)

Hell (Sheol/Hades) is different than the Lake of fire. Hell was not created for satan, it is for teaching. “Hell” ends 1000 years after the TRUE Christ returns. At the end of the 1000 year Lords day satan, and only satan will be loosed from the bottomless pit for a short season to test those in “Hell”. Those in “Hell” are those who do not overcome the flesh. well I truly believe is that you have to have a daily relationship with the heavenly father talking to him in order to make it into heaven. if you don't have this you're really missing the point about why Heaven is a greater place.
