My mom passed December 14,2023 and I’m struggling and I’m in perimenopause as well. Actually I’m all of you right now. Maybe do a craft a day. I color on my iPad. I love doing crafts on my Cricut and I haven’t wanted to do even that

Gawd, I feel ya!! I had this experience last year and found paint by number of a cat dressed like Mona Lisa, and a latch hook rug. I’m so not talented, but finished the rug. You have got this, love!! ♥️♥️♥️

Watercolor painting is fun and relaxing! You could get pre-drawn illustrations books so all you have to do is fill it in with your watercolor paints. Or be creative and create your own designs.

I've been there. Sending you all the good vibes to help carry you through the season. I enjoy card making. I often get Stampin Up kits. Especially the Paper Pumpkin kits. They provide everything needed for the cards along with easy step-by-step instructions. I feel so accomplished once completed that I could make such a beautiful card, and I have pretty cards on hand for friends and family.

Right there with you, even have a dead dad too. I read a lot of mystery and thrillers on my kindle. I aim for 52 books a year and am up to 65 this year. I also watch a lot of Bravo reality shows, definitely takes your mind off things!
