Traditional Homemade Thin Flatbread In Oven Using Bread Pillow (link in bio) Ingredients: • 1 kg all-purpose flour (1 packet) • 7 g active dry yeast (1 packet) • 1 tbsp sugar • 1 tsp salt • 1/4 cup olive oil • 3 cups lukewarm water Instructions: 1. In a large bowl, mix and knead the flour, yeast, sugar, salt, olive oil, and lukewarm water together. The dough should be very soft, almost too watery. Cover and let it sit for 30 minutes. 2. Knead the dough briefly a second time, cover, and let it sit for another 30 minutes for a double rising. 3. Divide the dough into 10 equal portions. Cover them with a clean cloth and let them rest for 5 minutes. 4. Preheat your oven to its highest temperature (up to 275°C) using the bottom heating element only. 5. Sprinkle flour on a flat surface, flatten a dough portion out using the traditional technique, and transfer it onto a bread pillow. 6. Slap the dough directly from the bread pillow onto the very bottom floor of the oven itself (no tray). 7. Once bubbles form and you see slight brown spots on top, flip the bread and bake for another 3 minutes. Repeat for the rest of the dough. #baking #flatbread #homemade #Naan #fyp
