Agree, but also I’m at a point where I need 120lbs dumbbells to get in my 8-12 rep range and getting them up and into position is rough (I herniated my L5-S1 3 years ago)

I do barbell for flat chest press and dumbbells for incline press. It is not fun trying to get into position 150lbs dumbbells on flat bench.
