@drdavidabbasi: Lower-back pain is something almost everyone experiences at some point — and while there’s no single solution, taping can be a helpful tool when used appropriately. 🎯 Kinesiology tape doesn’t “fix” the spine, but it can influence how the body moves and responds to pain. When applied correctly, tape may provide: • Proprioceptive feedback — a gentle reminder to maintain better posture or movement patterns. • Light support — helping offload irritated muscles or fascia without restricting mobility. • Improved circulation — which may help reduce localized swelling or muscle tension. • Short-term pain relief — giving patients more confidence to move comfortably. For many people, taping is most effective when paired with a comprehensive treatment plan focused on strengthening, mobility, and modifying aggravating activities. It’s not a standalone cure, but it can be a useful piece of the recovery puzzle. And as always, persistent or worsening symptoms — especially those involving leg pain, numbness, or weakness — should be evaluated by a qualified professional. Just a small tool, but sometimes a meaningful boost in the right direction. ✨ ✅Follow @drdavidabbasi for More Daily Medical Content & Health Tips! 🌴😷Schedule a consultation to see Dr. Abbasi as a patient in Delray Beach! I was soooo mad when I went PT, paid for PT, and got tape on my back instead of an actual, helpful PT workout. It did absolutely nothing for me and my bulging disk.

Guys if your PT or doctor uses this for any bone injuries DECLINE. This is more to have more elasticity if you have an injured muscle not discs or that type of stuff. It rarely helps joint pain
