@trumancyber: The original reason people said not to use public wifi was because many sites did not use HTTPS, and others on the same network could see sensitive data in plaintext. That’s largely solved these days, but I still recommend avoiding public wifi whenever possible. Use your mobile hotspot instead! If you need to use public wifi on a flight, stay frosty!

I NEVER have my WiFi on. There’s absolutely no reason to have it on. My phone works better/faster using cellular data
