@trmeksvanh: Most brands scale up and cut corners. I never did. Here's why. When you make something yourself from scratch, you notice things a factory never would. The texture needs to feel a certain way between your fingers before it even touches hair. The consistency has to be exact or it won't perform the same jar to jar. These are details you can only catch when you're the one making it. I still hand-pour every batch because the moment I stop, it stops being what I built it to be. This is the same process that created the formula I couldn't improve on, and I'm not changing it now.
