As a Brit living in Boston I hate to tell you, it can get so much worse. 😭 2015 we were basically buried in snow and it didn’t melt for months because of the cold. My Monday classes at uni were cancelled for 5 weeks straight because of the blizzards

I know this is old, but the cities in the Great Lakes are much worse. Mind you as I post this today the heat index in Green Bay WI is 102.

Basically 10C cold is not the same as -10C cold. England cold is usually like 45-55F, Boston cold is like 10-20 F

Live in South Dakota and wind chill temps get as low as -50°F with actual temps in the -20°F to -35°F range from January thru February. We had 70 mph win gusts earlier this week too. Thats cold.

One of the craziest winters in Boston occurred in 2015. There was record snowfall and they built tunnels to walk on the streets. Google it and you will be amazed at Snowmageddon.
