Those are not bud bug bites fortunately. I’ve had them a couple times as a kid growing up and they leave most of the time welts and a row of 3 bites or cluster of 3 bluster close together. Looks like some other skin reaction to a different bug most likely fleas

you can check at night if they are bed bug get a towel and put in on the corner of your mattress and iron on top of the towel on the mattress and if you have bed bugs they will come up, I do this everytime I stay at a hotel

If they are cluster bumps of 3 they are bed bugs girly pop check cracks of furniture if u run an iron over the bed the bugs will rise to the heat 💀😑 wish u luck
