Mandy :
but you just gave AI so much information about how your job works and what you do. does your IT team know 👀 maybe remove before they find out?

As someone who’s been in software and tech-support for over 10 years, I tried like hell to get it to search my email and it kept telling me it’s not possible. How are you getting Copilot to scan your email?

People act like performance reviews move the needle. That is all just for show. Who is getting promotions was decided well before

The fact you can effectively use copilot should be grounds for a raise. The amount of people who still can’t use it is crazy

Be aware that some AI will use any information shared with it. So if you’re uploading anything that’s company knowledge only, be careful, as AI can use it how it wishes.

Tell Copilot that no salary increase or promotion requests will be taken in 2026 due to budget constraints and economy headwinds. Hug your current role and salary with a 2% merit increase
