I’m frustrated I work out regularly at the gym 3–4 times a week and I still can’t build my glutes. I never feel them working, even though my technique is correct (I train with a coach once a week). 😭

Belive me muscle memory is great, 2 months is nothing,- you have mainly just lost the volume and will be back in no time. I were off 2-3 years and took me 3 months to get in my best shape ever. Been on/of for many years again now so will see how long it takes me this time 🙈
