I've noticed a difference since on the carnivore diet. I sleep better, not as hungry, lost weight without exercising & I'm less anxious. I think it's because I've trained my brain not to worry about sugar & when my next meal is. I'm just not that hungry anymore & stay fuller longer. so far the diet has made a difference in my life. I'm sure it's not for everyone though.
