hi i managed a trampoline park for about six years .. the bottoms HAVE to be free of items with a certain about of foot clearance — we had to check them daily for clearance and loose springs before opening .. so this doesn’t seem right

Oh, I worked at a trampoline park for a while, there IS ALWAYS SUPPOSED TO HAVE PLENTY OF FREE SPACE. The springs gave out or were not installed tightly enough!!
