When I had teenage daughter I would take a piece of tape and write a 2 or a 4 on it and tape it to new tops or pants hanging in my closet. She thought they came from a yard sale and wouldn’t wear them.

My girls would wear my socks sometimes. Even after becoming Wives and Mother's they would visit and ask to wear a pair! I took it that it helped them feel closer to me.

Lol we have a family sock basket, it has mine and my daughters (same size foot), my husband’s and son’s (their foot is the same size). I got tired of my daughter always stealing my socks, now I wear hers too. My husband and son really don’t care or notice who’s socks are who’s.
