I remember back in the day there was a show on called real videos or something of that nature and they would be films from close circuit cameras of people being robbed at work or something of the nature and my friend used to love this. And he came to my house once and said he turned this on and I said I will notand he asked why and I said because that was the worst day in that person’s life and I’m not gonna sit around and eat pizza and watch it as my entertainment that would be vile.

100% agree Sheila. Also, I was watching the filming of a film once and I asked the production guy. What are they doing right now.? And he said they’re running for their lives. To which I said, I grew up in Chicago. I’ve done that that’s not what it looks like

A study has shown that horror movies for some reason are therapeutic to people suffering from cptsd. I think that is why I enjoy some horror. That and most movies I can recognize the stories ending but some horror catches me by surprise
