Joint Pain? Let’s fix that. Declining estrogen levels in perimenopause can often impact your joints, leaving you creaky, achy and in pain. This is a common side effect of perimenopause and can affect up to 80% of women.

The great news is, I’ve found you a solution.

After spending seemingly years in and out of physical therapy offices, trying to figure out what’s wrong with me, I fell upon @beardthebestyoucanbe and his Kinstretch program, which increases your joint mobility and range of motion. Having done his program now for over 2 years, I can tell you, I’m a big fan because it honestly is the only thing I’ve found that WORKS to get rid of the chronic joint pain (hello, cranky hips 😫).

The bad news: you’re going to have to do the work. There’s no magic pill (even HRT is not going to get your mobility back), and any pill that claims to get rid of pain is temporary - but you already knew that. Which means: you’re going to have to do the work.

More bad news: It’s $60 / month. Yes, it’s expensive. So is not being able to move without pain. Choose your hard.

Good news: in relatively short order, you can have a better range of motion, reduced pain and inflammation in your joint areas, increased stability, and you can do more of the things you used to and love. He’s on this platform and I’ve tagged him in this post - check him out!!

Final note: this is not an ad, I’m not an affiliate and I don’t have a discount code for you. This is simply me giving you my two cents on how I solved my joint pain and how I’m aging well and thriving.
