@brandonsbrainwave: I’m a neuroscience student, and this is how I leverage what I know about the brain to LOCK IN 🧠 1. 40 Hz binaural beats sync your brainwaves, which improves your memory and gives you stronger concentration 🎧 2. Doing pushups or some sort of movement will spike your dopamine and adrenaline to help you lock in 🔒 3. Physiological sighs will instantly lower your stress and cortisol levels and boost prefrontal cortex activity - do these by taking a deep breath and then inhale again at the top to completely fill your lungs and then sigh out 🫁 Doing all three of these before studying only takes 2-5 minutes, but they will lock you in for the next two hours.
