Crispy InnovAsian chicken, juicy pineapple, and colorful bell peppers tossed in tangy sauces — the perfect combo of sweet, savory, and saucy. 💛 Thanks to @eatinnovasian appetizers this easy and delicious. #InnovAsianPartner Ingredients • 1 (18 oz) package InnovAsian Sweet & Sour Chicken • 1 (18 oz) package InnovAsian Orange Chicken • 1 tbsp olive oil, divided • 1 large red bell pepper, cut into about 15 one-inch pieces • 1 large green bell pepper, cut into about 15 one-inch pieces • 1 small fresh pineapple, cut into about 30–32 chunks • 2 tbsp chopped green onions (optional, for garnish) • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional, for garnish) • Mini wooden skewers Instructions 1. Cook the Chicken Place both InnovAsian chicken varieties in the air fryer and cook according to package directions until hot and crispy. Each bag will have about 15–16 chicken pieces. 2. Cook the Veggies and Pineapple While the chicken air-fries, set up two skillets over medium-high heat. Add ½ tablespoon olive oil to each. – In one skillet, sauté the red bell pepper for 2–3 minutes. – In the other, sauté the green bell pepper for 2–3 minutes. Divide the pineapple chunks evenly between the two skillets and cook another 2–3 minutes, until lightly caramelized. 3. Add the Sauce Pour the Orange Chicken sauce into the red bell pepper skillet and the Sweet & Sour sauce into the green bell pepper skillet. Stir and let the sauces warm through until glossy. 4. Combine with Chicken Once the chicken is done, divide it evenly between both skillets. Toss until every piece is coated in sauce. 5. Assemble the Skewers Thread one pineapple chunk, one piece of bell pepper, and one sauce-coated chicken piece onto each mini skewer — placing the chicken last. Repeat until all the chicken is used.
