I think he absolutely did it. I also think that the prosecution failed miserably in demonstrating that beyond reasonable doubt. His defense attorney has done an incredibly good job, defending him, unfortunately.

If the jury puts enough weight on him telling Gem Mutlu his phone was “misplaced” & that it was freeing being without it & connects it with the times that phone was connected to a charger & being locked & unlocked (meaning he was probably opening it & checking his notifications, but not using it) then they can get M1. Add in the emotional testimonies of Gem & Alissa with how the marriage was struggling bc Anna was being made to hold it all together while Brian was free to do whatever he wanted under “house arrest”, PLUS they never explained why he had a 4+ hour “meeting with a probate attorney”! We know outside the jury that it was bc of his Dad’s estate & him swindling there, but the jury only heard that he was meeting a probate/ estate attorney while his wife was missing! So they should see that & wonder “💭 Why?? What are you gonna have to probate?” One of his Google searches, which the dude used like a Dear Diary of Unaliving Someone running every thought he had in his head through the search engine, he looked up something about if you could inherit without a body & how long it’d take! There’s a good chance for M1, for me, but it’s shaky given how many times the jurors were reminded that they can’t consider all the stuff that happened after as evidence of a murder, just of dismemberment… I hope this comment makes sense. I got interrupted by my kids mid-thought. ♥️
