You should look at how Asian bathrooms are designed. They base it off being able to deep clean like this but they can throw water around easily because they usually have a drain in their floors that you can squeegee everything into.

that's why I think every bathroom should have a drain and a slight grade so you can clean them right. I do the same thing!!
