@healthygirlkitchen: NO MESS ONE-PAN LATKES 💙🕎🥔 Ingredients: 1/4 cup ground flax seed 1/2 cup water 3 russet potatoes, grated 1 sweet potato, grated 1 zucchini, grated 1 onion, grated 1/2 cup all purpose flour 2 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp garlic powder 1. Preheat oven to 375 F. 2. Using a box grater or food processor grate the potatoes, zucchini and onion! Ring the moisture from regular potatoes, zucchini and onion. No need to for sweet. 3. Add flax and water to 9x13 casserole dish and mix together. Let it sit for a few minutes until congealed (this is a flax egg!) 4. Add the rest of the ingredients and combine with your hands until well mixed. 5. Bake for 40 min until crispy! 6. Serve with sour cream, apple sauce and chives.
