Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup cocoa powder
• 1 cups sugar
• 1/4cup vegetable oil
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 cups flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp salt
• Powdered sugar (for rolling) Instructions:
Mix cocoa powder, sugar, and oil until glossy
