@drektay: This is a 7 night routine to manage and help prevent bacterial acne. ‼️Nothing here is medical advice so please consult with your doctor first and foremost. Night 1: Retinoid (normalize pore turnover) Night 2: Benzoyl Peroxide (active bacterial control) Night 3: Barrier Repair (no actives, calm inflammation) Night 4: Salicylic Acid (clear follicular congestion) Night 5: Retinoid (collagen + acne prevention) Night 6: Regenerative Night (peptides / repair signaling) Night 7: Full Recovery (hydration + barrier reset) This routine works because it respects skin biology, not trends. #acnetreatment #acneskincare #acneskincareroutine #skincareroutine #clearskin

What do you think of being 10% sulfur mask as my acne treatment? I use 10% azelaic acid every morning, and it’s not feasible for me to get prescribed strength to manage my acne. So far retinal and the azelaic acid is working, so is sulfur sufficient enough?

If you’re using Azelaic acid instead of benzoyl peroxide, are you only going in with that on anti microbial nights? Or more often?

If I did this to my skin it would be so dry! What can I use similar to this regimen that won’t dry me out?

Can I use benzoyl peroxide wash with this routine every night? Specifically the cetaphil complexion clearing acne cleanser with 2.6% micronized benzoyl peroxide instead? I can’t tolerate topical leave on treatment benzoyl peroxide

Would using an azelaic acid serum once a week (as is stated in this routine) yield benefits? I thought this is something that needs to be used more frequently to work?

Could you do a video for barrier creams (OTC and High end) that are unlikely to clog pores? I get scared seeing any pore cloggers in INCI lists. That is my biggest fear for trying this method!

I love your content! I find it very informative. I am confused on the multiple different hydrating serum points you referenced. It seemed like one night you wanted a simpler serum, and other nights you prefer a more complex hydrating serum. Can you provide more details on this? I try to be mindful of redundancy so clarification of purpose would be appreciated. Thank you so much!

So would you start all of this at once or is there a slow introduction process for each thing (the actives, specifically)? I know the barrier nights are built right into this, but I’m so worried about messing up my barrier bc I just got it good again (I think), but I neeeeed to start addressing my acne

Hiiiii! So I started a selenium sulfide wash for my fungal acne and it seems to be helping! For maintenance in the future, I’m trying to figure how to layer it with other skincare. Morning or night wash and should I avoid using it with other actives? (Salicylic, differin, vitamin c, dapsone) thanks!! 🧬
