Hood Chiropractor here. The only thing that works for Sciatica pain for long term is spinal Decompression.

I’m 82 and I have sciatica down both sides and nothing works. I’ve been to orthopedic drs. , physiotherapy, chiropractor, spine surgeon, had epidural shots and NOTHING has helped. I can hardly walk, can’t do any housework. I guess I’ll just have to die in pain

ACUPUNCTURE 100%!!!! I am a living testimony! I wasn't a firm believer, but the pain was unbearable that i couldn't walk. I gave it a shot and now every time I hear someone with sciatica problems i instantly recommend acupuncture. ✨️🙏

One year ago my sciatica was so bad that I couldn't stand more than ten seconds. Purely out of desperation I started seeing an acupuncturist and I started using RED LIGHT therapy and use a grounding sheet. I've been pain free for six months.

is this for ppl that have mild sciatic pain? my pain is always 8-9 on pain scale. I can hardly walk anymore 😭. just had back surgery they told me it was unsuccessful... only thing that helps me is prednisone

I have sciatica but I don’t get the sharp pain no more. It just left me with a pain in the lower back/ hip. During the day I’m fine it doesn’t hurt. But once I lay down for a bit it hurts laying down flat or when laying down on my sides, it also hurts when I get up from bed but once I start walking after 5-10 min it goes away. Do you think this will help ?

I have been suffering with Sciatica pain so bad that it runs down my right Leg I can't even walk and I mean in pain I'm taking pain meds for five months but I'm hurting so much I can't even drive anymore.so now I need back surgery 😭

i have sciatica now for more than 8 weeks. can't sleep properly. i am fine standing up and sitting not to long but the pressure and gravity while laying down is so painful as it presses more the nerve. i have chinese herbal patch and it works.. i am in 3rd day and it's getting better. need to use it at least 7 days. hope it will be better soon.
