Guys please don’t book this bus when I tell you that the customer service is bad . We literally waited for 4 hours for the bus to arrive then had to go to midrand to pick up the driver. The toilets stinks. The bus vibrates. Kuningi

They don't keep time, They always come one hour late and reach their destination 2hours later, especially EC/ JHB and JHB/DURBAN and no apologies whatsoever. To reference on the 21st Jan 2026, a bus from Kokstad was scheduled to arrive at 19:15 it arrived at 20:05 and reached JHB @0635 instead of 04:10
